This particular kind is made from both leaves and rice pieces which gives it a unique flavor profile with hints of roasted corn mixed in as well. The only downside? You may find yourself becoming hungry more often than usual if this is what you choose to drink throughout most of the day!

Gyuro on the other hand can be drunk before dinner. This particular tea is made from young leaves, making it sweeter than some of the other types you’ll read about in this article. It’s also very light so avoid drinking too much or else you may feel more full that usual when eating your evening meal!

Matcha takes things up a notch and can be drunk after dinner, but only on certain occasions. Matcha contains caffeine which makes it great for an energy boost if needed; however many people tend to not drink matcha at night due to its stimulating properties. If you want something with less caffeine try jasmine instead!
